Advises the Secretary of Education on matters related to accreditation, including
recognition of specific accrediting or state approval agencies as well as advice with
respect to the relationship between accreditation of institutions of higher education
and state licensing responsibilities with respect to such institutions.
National Study on School Evaluation
A nonprofit educational research and development organization whose mission is to
provide educational leaders with state-of-the-art evaluation materials and services to
enhance and promote student growth and school improvement.
